1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you submit through the contact form: name, work email, organisation if you share it, and your message.
- Basic technical data generated when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), processed by our hosting and content delivery providers for security and performance.
- Fonts are served by Google Fonts; when pages load, your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver the font files.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your message and follow up on your request.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations applicable to us in Türkiye.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, and disclosed where required by law. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised.
5. This notice covers the website only
This notice concerns visitors to u2aigames.com. Documents, case files and other material that a customer may process inside the product are governed by a separate agreement in which the customer is the data controller and U2 AI Studio acts as data processor.
6. Children and titles children may play
Written for parents. In a title designed for children we do not create an account, and we do not ask for an email address, a phone number, a location, an advertising identifier or any other identifier that follows a person between apps. No third party advertising and no third party analytics run inside such a title. Where progress needs to be remembered, it is kept on the device. Any paid transaction requires an adult's approval on the device, through the store's own family approval feature together with an in game gate. There is no open chat with strangers, no voice chat, no friend requests and no user generated content shown to other players. If a playtest involves a child, we ask the parent or legal representative in writing first, they see the build and the questions before the child does, and a parent stays present throughout. 6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data.
